Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Baltimore, MD (hybrid, currently in office 3 days per week)
Hours of work:  Typical hours of work are from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM. Additional hours may be necessary as needed. This position is exempt from overtime.
Compensation: $65,000 to $72,000 annual base

InVita Healthcare Technologies, a leading provider of specialized software solutions to the healthcare industry, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in our Baltimore, MD office. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in the execution of marketing events, campaigns, communications, and other projects. The position will work closely with InVita’s marketing, sales, and business unit staff to help ensure projects and events are fully executed with detailed attention and delivered on time. The preferred candidate will demonstrate an ability to assist with logistics, hotel and booth space booking, staffing, and follow up. This is a great opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with colleagues and third-party stakeholders and is eager to learn by doing.

Essential Functions:
  • Assist in the coordination of logistics for trade shows and other events (meetings, user groups, etc.), including shipments, collateral print, and related trade show activities. 
  • Assist in the promotion of events via email and social media.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and ability to create, update, and confirm execution of tasks.
  • Contribute to Event Playbooks and planning details in Confluence for each event.
  • Assist in populating event portals and sponsorship deliverables according to deadlines.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing multi-channel campaigns, including email and social media.
  • Assist content team members in assembling campaign assets.
  • Help maintain campaign calendars and content launch schedules to keep deliverables moving on time.
  • Support the sales and content teams by assembling marketing kits, print assets, and internal tools.
  • Participate in weekly meeting with marketing team and others as needed.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns or deadlines.
  • Experience working with vendors, venues, and sponsorships.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powepoint).

Qualifications:
 
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Experience in hotel guest services and/or conferences is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of event logistics, timelines, and budgeting.
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning and logistics.
  • Experience with marketing campaign creation and social media posting is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to follow through and manage details.
  • Effective written and verbal communicator who's comfortable coordinating across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and add value immediately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as both a team member and as an individual contributor.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related marketing area.
