Reporting to: VP GM, Blood Management
Location: Baltimore, MD.
Hours of work: Typical hours of work are from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM. Additional hours may be necessary as needed. This position is exempt from overtime.
Compensation: $75,000 to $82,000 annually
Overview:
The role of Manager, Compliance Products is to lead a team of Software Product Specialists and be a subject matter expert on the streamlined Compliance software solutions that InVita provides for the blood and plasma collection industry. The Manager role will oversee product implementations, staff training, and assist the CS team with fielding and triaging client inquiries, managing a queue and providing project status updates both internally and externally. While a part of the Client Services dept, the Manager will also interact frequently with our Director of Software Engineering and Product department to provide client feedback and requests, as well as assist in product release management. An effective Manager in this role is both client-focused and solutions oriented, and adept at managing both up and down.

Essential Functions:
- Oversee all product implementations and customer communication
- Manage customer requests and queues via a combination of JIRA and ServiceDesk dashboards
- Work with the CS team to effectively troubleshoot and resolve client issues while providing clear and positive communication
- Provide customer status updates on a weekly basis to the VP GM of Blood Management
- Develop a detailed knowledge of InVita’s products and establish oneself as a subject matter expert
- Other duties, as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of Managerial experience in the software and/or healthcare technology industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Project management exposure
- Logical and efficient working style, with keen attention to detail
- Superb verbal, public speaking, and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of InVita’s products a plus
- Working knowledge of JIRA a plus
