Location: Baltimore, MD (Not Remote: In-Office at least 3-days per week)
Hours of work: Typical hours of work are from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM (local time). Additional hours may be necessary as needed. This position is exempt from overtime.
Overview:
Finances are the fuel that keeps InVita moving into the future. InVita is looking for a qualified, ethical, and organized Junior Financial Analyst to help keep InVita’s financials and budgets on track with precision and accuracy. Successful candidates have a passion for math, and a strong understanding of financial modeling.

Essential Functions:
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis and identify trends.
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
Work closely with the Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Other duties, as necessary.
Qualifications:
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
1-3+ years’ experience in an analyst role preferred.
Data Warehousing experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
SaaS experience is a plus.
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills (including in-person, phone, and email).
Demonstrated ability to work as both a team member and as an individual contributor.
